Spider Farmer sf 1000 light height inquiry.

I am growing in a 2x2 spider farmer with a SF 1000, currently the light is 20" and only 80% power. It seems like a powerful light and don't want to overdue it. Should I move the light closer and turning up to 100% power for the rest of flowering?

More power = more yield, Turn it up all the way, watch the distance and heat and you should be right mate, use it for all its worth

Are there any recommendations for a light schedule for autoflowering?I leave them at 24 hours. I start with the seedlings at 18000 Lux and increase it till the 4th week. After the 4th week I have all my lights at full power and the top buds have around 55.000 to 90.000 Lux.

Added a light, how far should I hang them both from the girls?I have added a Mars Hydro TS600 to my tent along with the Spider Farmer SF1000 in my 2x2, how far should I move them up away from the plants? Light cycle messed up do I have leverage for one mistake?Timer messed up the cycle and stayed on for an extra 12 hours.. So in total she was, for 24 hours in light... Soon as I noticed I manually turned off. Now the question is.. It's messed up and now off when supposed to be on vice versa, does the one mistake matter so much, seeding?

Slow indoor seedling growth 4 days since sprout, issues with light timer, seedlings ended up getting 48 hrs of light after they sprouted, and this AM I found that the timer did not turn the light back on so it got 11 hours of dark last night instead of 6. Could this be detrimental to seedling?
