Spider Farmer sf 1000 light height inquiry.

I am growing in a 2x2 spider farmer with a SF 1000, currently the light is 20" and only 80% power. It seems like a powerful light and don't want to overdue it.
Should I move the light closer and turning up to 100% power for the rest of flowering?

More power = more yield, Turn it up all the way, watch the distance and heat and you should be right mate, use it for all its worth

Plants tell you everything....just look them closely and when u see first sings of anything.. u have to react....

Reflector and bulb problemsHi I have two parabolic reflectors and when I accidentally hit them when Iām watering the bulb goes out so I turn it off and 5min later on again but now the bulbs donāt work so I replaced them and it done it again pretty sure itās the reflector any1 have problems like this b4

Proper height for T5 dual lamps from seedlings during sprouting stageI now have my seedlings in solo cups and they are just breaking the surface, what is the height I should have my T5 twin lamps from the top of the cups? I have it currently at about 4 inches from the top of the cups.

New update got my new grow light dialed in.. And the nutes helped a lot seen more growth in one day than I had in the last 23 days!
I am worried that if I place the light at the recommended height (6ā) that would be too much so Iām running the lights at 50% power and at 12ā away

Right lighting at day 6 - fluo or HI as both availableRight lighting at day 6? Very happy that all germination looking good on day 6 from seed. I could either continue with this compact fluorescent bulb (15 cm from tiny first leaf) for another week or two OR switch to full HI 1500W immediately (30cm from plant) Thanks!Setup. Lighting
