With my auto flower I'm using 20 hr light schedule. Is it ok to turn it to 16 hrs light during flower or keep it the same?

Well, Its recommended to give the Girls 18 Hours of Light. But I personally see no Problem of giving them less.
Iam growing previously autoflowers outdoor, and they get 12.5 hours daylight, and they still grow and build flowers.
As you are using aHigh quality light, with a big DLI_ output, It should be the lessest Problem for them
P.s Your Girls looking alittle pale... maybe its the Light in the Pictures... how do they look alive=?

You can even do 12/12 with autoflower. Only negative is yield and size. They have a set life span, so less light means less yield. No worries! Just be consistent with the light times and don’t change them too much.
I have two, 2-week old autos outside in a green house right now. They are getting 12/12 from day one.

It's completely fine, but I would recommend 18/6. You might take a small hit to overall yield, but you'd gain it in energy savings.

ventilation for a 4x8 ? basically is that too much negative pressure and if so should I get anther intake ?currently using a 200mm inline exhaust fan that has 914 m3/h(537,9 cfm) max currently using it at its medium setting of 792 m3/h(466,15 cfm) and using a 125 mm inline intake fan with only 330 m3/h (194,23 cfm).
