When should i cut node 2 ?

Hello PurpleWorship, nice strain and also looking very healthy. Normally you let your lady grow till at least the 5th node and then you p at the 3th node not the 2th node. She will take more time to recover and bounce up from the topping point! I would let her grow out from this point on and just LST her bend her down For your second question, you could up the medium a little bit but i wouldnt recommend to do it. Your Queen is still small and need to develop a lot, especially the roots. When shes a lot bigger you can better repot her to a bigger size growbag. There is no need for taking away leaves,,,,,,,,,,( if you do regular LST) The Fanleaves feed the Plant.... give her energy- If you take it away you just stunt the Plant in growth you have all time you want to do training on her, because its aphotoperiod plant..... If i do concentrated training on a plant it takes me up to 9 week , If iam then fine with her growth and structure i change to 12/12 that is the fun part of growing photperiods,,, you can do it as you want It took me nearly a yeasr of growing until i found my own style ( number of colas, technics i use) and just try things...... and you get feedback from the plant I learn alot in every grow

Dont take any leaves until you have a lot that block light. The more you stress the plant the slower it will grow. Let her grow. Cheers
