Hello growers I got a tent full of automatic .my question is now do I need a flowering lamp or not . Can I boost the buds with it Make it sense? I got 150/w growth light and 200/w flowering light Does the little bit more power anything ?

I think your asking if you should use both your 150w veg light and your 200w flower light together at the same time, is this correct? You could do this, it will certainly boost your lux on your canopy top, but you may see a bit more stretching during flowering. I have led lights that have veg and flowering switches, but during flowering I turn both on to get the brightest luminous output. I guess this is kinda of the same. Hope this helps. Cheers 💨

Or do you mean is there an advantage to switching out your 150w light for your 200w for flowering? Short answer, yes, every watt counts. And if the bigger light is meant for flowering and the other for veg then it’s a definite yes, because they usually have optimum light spectrum outputs for each stage.

Light distance and when to top?I'm using a 300W LED. What distance should I keep the lights at now that I've transplanted and the plants are doing well? I'm thinking 24" and then move up as they grow until flipping. Also, when should I top? I've read that waiting for 6-8 nodes is the right way to go.

NEED ADVICE Which one is best for 4x4 tent? Down to these models, if theres another model that's good and same price range, let me know. Thanks in adv I've basically been researching for the past 24 hours. Throw out one plant?Is it productive to kill one plant if the rest of the plants are filling out the room just fine and to promote ventilation and light penetration? I have one plant that is way shorter and behind the others due to genetic problems.

Have to hide my lovevly plant, what to do?Funny question, my landlord has to come over to check some stuff in my flat. I'll obviously have to hide it but it will change the light schedule, it's gonna be longer in the dark (probably around 3hours more). Is it a problem? Can i hide the plant somewhere without hurting it?

NEED SOME ADVICE! Change to LED from HPS? which ones are good for tent size? Which ones are good for good yields?I've got a 4x4 tent with 8 seedlings in cups but will be in 11L pots. Currently I had a 600w HPS light but my ballast busted today. I have a back up CFL 150W not to mess up the light schedule. Thinking about changing to LED lights, I know it'll be cheaper but I want same yield...

Bloom Light Supplement I am a one plant windowsill grower, but having trouble getting enough light for bloom due to cloudy days. I have a three prong red/Blue LED light off Amazon, Wakyme, that is not cutting it. Would this lamp work? Two bulbs. I will have to suspend it from a clothes rack.
