Set-up of growlights

Wondering if other growers have a go to rule of LED light set-up in a grow tent 2m x 2m x 2m
Lighting available is 1 x 1000W, 2 x 600W, 1 x 450W
As for the current growing plants i have 4 Autos, 5 Fem of various strains
Just wondering of ideas how to set-up lights best way

can you post the make and model of these lights as I believe you are reading the nominal wattage, not the actual. for example, I am using 4000w of nominal led wattage but the actual output for growth is just 560w

Lighting cycle for VEG stage. Is 24x7 OK?Hi,
Should I use the VEG lights 24x7 from the time I plant my seed until it's ready to bloom, or would something like 18 hours on and 6 hours off make more sense? Is there a "best practice" for veg lighting? It has worked for my first 3 grows. VIPARSPECTRA 600W LED

Light intensityMy plants have been looking sad for a couple weeks. Tried everything then the other night I turned my light down to 40% giving a DLI of 28 they perked right up with 24 hours. what ppfd for 20/4 autoflower?Just bought the FC-4800 and before this I had always measured my light using inches away from canopy however I want to learn how to use the light using PPFD. I have found average measurements online but what should I aim for for a 20/4 autoflower schedule please?

When did the flowering start?The LED panel, after switching (Ts600 Mars Hydro), stayed slightly on even during the dark hours.
