I need help choosing a better light for my single plant microgrow!

H50cm W37.5cm L57cm
Now using 1 household 13w Phillips LED 2700K for flower, a 120w CFL for veg and I use a cheap 20w dual Spectrum LED that I'm sure does almost nothing.
See pics for convo with led sales guy. Is the height really that much of an issue with the light intensity?

Lets see you have a surface of 37.5 * 57 that is 0.21 sq m or 2.3 sq ft. My own space is very similar to that although taller. You need 30 to 40 watts of led watts per sq ft, that is 70 to 92 watts (and forget CFL). You can keep using the led bulbs, just remove the plastic cover and point them down and use several more of them. Since height will be an issue I would use 5000K to 6500K color ones, that will help in keeping the stretch down.

Hi @donnythechef yes, intensity can be a problem. you need at least 50w-70w. on aliexpress you have several options, in the description you can see the area it covers and the height that the light should be, here are some options for good leds for your Microgrow:

I've bought a light from this guy and so has my mate,
His stuff is good but he is rather cautious for some reason in his recommendations if that helps you at all
I've no idea of how much light you require in a space that small, but pretty much you need around 40-55 Watts per foot space to pull a good amount from your plant not just to pull something, but a good amount

It looks to be like what you have in your box is adaquate and working fine! You could get more warm cfl bulbs to put in there or more led strips, maybe a small cob?

Growing out instead of up.Please help out! I moved it into a new pot and topped it last week as suggested.
Also new ViparSpectra light at 45cm away @80% power.
Nutrients/food yet to arrive.
It seems to just be growing out instead of up, and starting to see some white/ burnt looking spots.

Mars Hydro TS1000 and Spider Farmer SF1000D in 26x26 tent together?I’ve purchased an Mars Hydro FC-E 3000 for my 3x3 tent, so I now have a TS 1000 I’ve removed from the 3x3, that I want to move to my 26x26 and run it along side my Spider Farmer SF1000D. Did I start LST too early?At day 22, did I start LST too early? I feel that I may have stunted the growth a little from overheating, but didn't want to wait too long to start training. Also, would a higher-powered light cause less distance between the nodes, and therefore make LST harder/less effective?
