Each plant can react differently to the same amount of nutrients and the same conditions even if they're the same strain from the same seedbank purchased at the same time... you just have to treat each as an individual. This is common, particularly with autoflowers, as they haven't QUITE perfected the genetics.
Personally, I don't see anything wrong with either plant (there's no indication of either toxicity or deficiency in either one).... but I WOULD recommend you give them a minimum of 18 hours of light each day - that's the "sweet spot" for lighting (some will give 20 hours and some even give them light 24/7 which I don't recommend but it IS done). Your plants WILL grow well with 17 hours, but they'll grow better with 18. And as they get further into flower, they're going to need more potassium and phosphorus so be aware of that. A dose of calmag at this point would also be good (but only once a week)... it's typically at this age when the plants start showing signs of a deficiency in those nutes - since yours don't show ANY sign of it (kudos!), a bit of prevention will be good to do.
Good luck!
