About how long for trichome maturing?

Hey! When you start seeing amber trichomes till having 20-50% which is your desired for harvest. I would say anywhere from 5-10 days. It really depends on how fast she's muturing. Sometimes you could have a bunch turn amber over night while in 3 days only see a subtle difference in amber trichomes. Pay close attention in the next days and be patient.
