Plant looks healthy so she will take to training just fine. Try and bend the main two tops down each day. Giving the lower branches time to catch up , keeping the canopy even.

As for defoliation its fine :) With a bit of training that space will fill in quickly.
I would tie the top branches down a bit more, they will be somewhat bent and even with the tops of branches just below them.

Got a tipburn in one leaf and 2 others with extremely little holes, but didn't see any bugs or look-a-likes in my grow.

Too late for another trimming ?Show I do another trimming ? Most of the big upper leaves started having trychromes at their base so I am not sure if I should trim again at this stage.
