Looks normal to me you must give seedlings time they start off very slow it’s like a newborn baby they don’t just become teenagers overnight. Be patient and keep up the good work the more you take care of the plant right now the plant will take care of you down the line in the future. Good luck !

Hey So for only 2 weeks old their actually not looking bad. They managed to grow the first 3 finger leaf and a 2nd is on its way. If they're getting good wet/dry cycles then they may just be busy growing roots at the moment. I wouldn't move any leds any closer than 20-25 inches away, just to be safe from burning. Give it another week and watch for progress and just closely watch changes, soil moisture and heat. Happy growing. ✌️

The plant looks healthy nonetheless, I would raise the lamp (30 cm is quite close for growth) so that it stretches a bit more. I've also started fresh and my lamp is hanging 90 cm above my plants and is a 300 watt LED Mars Hydro TSL2000, and it's fully open so I can get the temperature a bit higher now that it's getting colder. I don't know if we're talking about an autoflower or a photoperiod plant here. I don't know if I've helped you with this, but we can only try to help each other, right..😉
