Autoflower Pre Flower? Day 32

Not sure how best to judge when a plant is in preflower. Plant appears to be forming pre flowers however not sure whether this is a sign to switch or wait?

She's actually already beginning to flower so week 4 would have been her pre-flower stage. I would also advise you to keep the light schedule the same and not switch to 12/12. With autoflowers there is no need to flip them because they start flowering on their own.

In this weeks photos #5 and #7 i can see your calyx and pistils the best. Those are what you would associate with female preflowers. I couldn't see any closeups with last week. But I'm guessing it started last week and now it's developing true flowers. If it was a photoperiod plant you would need to initiate the 12/12 but being autoflower you just sit back and let her bloom.👍

Those little white hairs you see, is female flowers. So technically past the initial "preflower" stage. Get feeding bloom nutes at a low dose 👍🌱

Hey bro! By the looks of it, your girl is in the pre-flowering phase, she'll show her flowers in about 7-10 days. If you're growing auto, you can even do 24/0 or whatever works for you, she'll enter the flowering stage on her own as long as there's not too much nitrogen and not a strong deficiency of phosphorus. 👌 Everything looks good on your end, just gotta wait, bro! 👌😇👍 Good luck! 👋

With an auto there's no reason to switch. They do best under 18/6 for their lifecycle. Hopefully this helps! Happy Growing! 🤟😜
