They are in vegetative stage until u see the preflowers , sign that the flowering is starting, or the light cicle is 18/6 . You could transpant when the plant is a little bit bigger than the cup . Make sure to take some holes on the bottom of the cup

Generally I wait until the leaves reach the edge of the cup. Ur soil looks very wet. Be careful cuz they don’t drink a lot when they are that young. I wouldn’t water for a couple days then transplant. U don’t want to stunt ur girls or get root rot. ✭💨✭
