Natural flowering time?

Does a plant flower well at 14 light/10dark schedule? I'm thinking about moving the plant in and outside untill 15 August. Then it's 14 hours of natural light and 10 dark here in North Europe . My main concern is that she does not reveg or become a hermie ofcourse.

Leaves stuck together after germinated This popped through the soil about 3 days ago the seed has came off but it's like the leaves r stuck together. How long left and yellowing It's the start of week 9 today, anyone got rough idea how many weeks left til harvest for the purple and solo?
