I agree with Jeff that Mag deficiency would appear on the lower leaves and it would be interveinal yellowing (chlorosis), not yellow veins.
I think you may have a pH issue, since you don't mention any kind of pH in your postings, before trying to add anything, measure the pH of your watering and run off. Also measure the run off's EC/PPM.
