harvest them when they're ready. I just finished a grow with two autos of the same strain - one was ready to be chopped down at 10 weeks and the other at 14 weeks. Buy yourself a jeweler's magnifying glass to help you look at the trichomes. When the trichomes start to turn amber they're ready to come down.
