Overwatering, big pot and small plant, you have to give less water, only under the plant and wait the soil that dries out

Feeding So I soon will be running autos in coco and gaia green. I'm a little confused about the feed schedule tho. Am I only using my compost tea 1-2 times? That's considered their food. And watering when plants need it correct. If so, what should i use in my water?

Mycelium or Fungus - Too much?Seeing a ton of mycelium or fungus on my medium. It is covering the entire pot. I am having problems with air circulating but have a fan at the bottom and up top, just nothing oscillating. Is this going to be a problem? What can I do?

Yellowish leaves/Slow growth The leaves seem to be a little yellowish,any ideas what could it be? Also,I have noticed that a lot of growers are in the flowering stage ,maybe it's just my impatience but I think they are growing a little slower than normal,perhaps that's because the room temp?
