If you're intent on growing in a solo cup then I would probably take some leaves off and focus on the main bud. And trigger flowering sooner rather than later.

She's in a solo cup that's her problem really, if you do grow in a solo cup you have to limit the amount it grows and switch to flower 2-3 weeks earlier.. You have to take her out of that poor stretched to it's limit solo cup...There is more roots there then dirt now... the roots will be suffocating at this point.. You can't honestly expect it to flower for another 8 weeks or longer?
