What wrong with my leaves ?

Seems I have a couple of leaf issues. Plz look at the pics, any advice as to what could be causing these? Pic one the leave seem inverted, pic two, are the leaves curling down due to burning from the light or something else? Thnx šš¼

if the sides of the leaves curl, this often indicates that the plant is evaporating more than it absorbs. A more constant water supply can help. If the tip of the leaf curls downwards, this often indicates overwatering.

@DeViLs_Advocate Thanks for the reply šš¼š They are in 3 gallon fabric pots and the plants were slightly limp from needing a good water and soil was very dry.. Theyāve been much more thirsty lately and I thought I was needing to increase the amount of water, which I havenāt done yet, rather than decrease it! Do you really think itās that?

They look over-watered. If your leaves start to 'canoe' that will be another indication.
Do your pots have drainage? i.e holes in the bottom?

Problem with front middle purple punch. Info provided(See description for more); Temp: 71-79.5F, RH: 46.1, DLI: 40-50(decreased today due to tacoing)This is an organic grow using Coast of Maine Organic plant food, and lobster meal. It appears to me that the plant has deficiencies for all the three major nutrients, or lockout, but today it is also showing what appears to be Calcium or Magnesium. I've been using castings too.

do i need to cut the yellow part of the leaves or the entire leave at this point ?the plant suffered from a cal/mag deficiency last week but the problem was restored last weekend and since then the plant has started again but I won't get my leaf tips back anyway so the question is to know if I should cut the whole leaves or just cut the tips of the leaves (

Curly young leaves (help)I have a little problem with the plants in my indoor (70x79x160 with 4 airpots each of 12 litres) since 2 days ago are decayed, 3 days ago (Friday) I changed the lamp mars hydro ts600 (100w) for a more powerful mars hydro Fc300 (300w) I do not know if it is the change of format, the power of the knob I left it at half that is in theory 150 watts of its total capacity 300w and at a height of about 40 CM. The next day (Saturday) I saw that they were the same so I proceeded to leave it at 40 degrees of power and I gave them biofish fertilizer to see if it was a question of hydration but today Sunday I realize that they are still the same.
I donāt know if itās the light intensity with the new lamp or that I over watered them 3 days ago on Thursday (I watered them with around 550ml of water per pot) and as I said before, when I saw them like that on Saturday I gave them biofish fertilizer, but nothingā¦
