HST is one of the best forms of training. you can even cut every branch in half if you want. though I wouldnt recommend it. What I would recommend is like 2 or 3 more Lights. lol thats a big room.

Top or bend if u have to cover more grow area or put them in flower if u haven’t already done and bend the brenches and if u can’t bend someone top it to last choice , better some stress than a burn cola. Dajè paesà!
