Will a Mars Hydro 600w light be enough? I have read it only pulls around a max of 120w from the wall

It will definitely be enough. I recommend lollipopping though after the stretch for denser buds. 120w LED do not penetrate the canopy well. Best to let the plant focus on the top buds.

Accidentally bent/squished the stem on Pheno #3, is it possible it can bounce back?I was LST'ing the Purple Haze Pheno #3, I accidentally got a bend in the stem and it could have snapped or partially torn, I attached some photos hope these help. It was by accident, I have nerve damage and arthritis so I can't keep my hands still that much especially standing.2y ago

Now 12-12 and scrog net?the time has come to switch to flowering, from the beginning of next week (maybe in 10 days maximum) I will set 12-12. I thought that towards the 50th day I could free it from the bindings and move it away from the light gradually and then put a scrog net, okay as a procedure?4y ago
