Do pre-flowers mean slower growth

My plant has started showing it's first few pistils (white hairs) in veg. Does this correlate with a decreased growth rate?

Hi there!
No, I don't think that the pistil showing should slow down the growth at all and actually at the first stages of flowering the stretch will begin and she starts to grow even faster!

During the initial swap from veg to flower it will slow. But as shag said only briefly and then goes into the stretch stage.

Shortening light time 11/13 last 2 weeks of flower?Im in week 9 of flowering with should be last one. I think most of trichoms are cloudy but no amber sign yet. Unsmokeable QWET, really bitter, not pleasant to smoke at all. Any suggestion guys? I dont really get what I do wrong//Method: Fresh Harvested Weed / 97ºalchool in freezer, weed in Jar, 30 sec and 2 min wash, strainer, coffee filter, let evaporate room temp. Purged x2 in vac. machine.
May, the fact that the plant was not flushed yet, affect the end product? Not the first time my QWET is bitter.
