No they are not. Did you cover the cutting in a dome or prop?
Your last question I replied to recommended covering them and aiming for almost 100% humidity. They only need very low light. Also I would make sure they are not in standing water as that will not help. In the pic it’s looks as if they are. The cuts looked good in the last pic it must be a humidity issue.

If you don’t have a done or lid cut up a plastic water or drink bottle and use that to place over them.

Homemade bubble cloner is the best cloner going. Quick dip into your clonex into the bubbler and no worries about covering or humidity. Small tote you can cut the holes in the top for the foam pucks, drill a hole or 2 near the top on the side of tote for your bubbler lines, hook a couple of air pucks into the tote and you now have the greatest cloner on the market. Roots in 4 to 5 days, ready to plant in 6 to 7 days. No humidity to worry about while they sit waiting to root and I myself have a 100% success rate. Cheers
