Transplanting after topping? How long?

How long should I wait before transplanting both girls to their final 3 gal pots. I just topped and began the steps for mainlining 3 days ago and don't want too much stress on them. How long should I let them recover before transplanting?

Meech, I normally wait at least a week after giving any stress on the plant to stress it again. A week is good because it helps you keep track of the way your plant is reacting to the changes you are giving it.

I topped an OG Kush that was in Outdoor DWC grow, then transplanted it to soil 2 week later.
8 days later it's powering.

Is it time to harvest?? Need help please!Hi, my Auto ppp is at week 13 since seed and week 8 flower. I checked her tricomes (it's my first grow) i think I see plenty of amber, some still clear but didn't see any I would diaries as milky. Fan leaves a mostly green, so i am confused. In the left part of the first photo it shows how almost all look right now. All my girls are having 4-8 colas, ~40% of the bottom to up growth was removed.
