Not sure what happened here but the two leaves from week 2 developed what I think are burn spots. The marks are on the same spot on both leaves and have not appeared on the new growth (three finger leaves). My guess is that when I introduced the nutrients to the plant, the leaves were shocked but recovered. Please share your thoughts and suggestions. Thanks!

I beleive that the nuts burn marks would not be so parallels on your leaves and also not a the very same spot of opposite leaves from the same set , the marks would have been less uniform. I can't tell 100% what it is , my guess is that you had a drop of water that did a loupe effect with your light and did burn the plant , your low humidity range did not help neither 😊
