Hi there! First of all, your container (the pot you hold in your hand) seems very small, I'd recommend to transplant your girls to bigger/larger containers, they'll thank you with loads of roots and a better growth! I wouldn't try to bend any stem at this stage, since you don't have real developed branches. Your plants are growing straight to the lamp, without developing side-branches, this probably means that the distance between your plants and your light is too high : you need to decrease this distance in order to avoid early stretching. However, if bending is not an option yet, you could try to ponytail her : this will reinforce light penetration for the lower parts of your plants, without hurting them.
