Defoliation

Hey guys, it's been 2 days since I did the topping pruning and I'm not sure if I should do some defoliation because my plant is very robust and low, I have the impression that the larger leaves on top are getting in the way, but I'm a beginner, I'm not sure , can help?

According to the Biobizz chart I should start at 15cm with 2 to 4 leaves. I have 10cm with two leaves. Should I start nutrients? From the chart.. 2ml/l BioHeaven... but if I would, how much would you advice? and when?

When you go to LST , is it easier to do this when the plant is more thirsty as the branches have more give? Also, do our work it until it “half breaks” or just get it to bend without it breaking inside? Does this make sense?

Manifold/Mainline question I am trying mainline/manifold for the first time, I have created the 8 main colas, am at about 7 weeks of veg, I am curious if i am suppose to remove the lower growth tips? Do i remove all growth tips other than the 8 Main colas? Or just leave them?

One of the three plants in the 5 gallon DWC is almost ready, a good 2-3 weeks before the others. I assume I have no choice but to flush the entire tub with plain water for a week before harvest. I will then need to resume nutrients for the other two; good or bad idea?

Defoliation, is it worth it? It’s the start of week 5, my 3 plants are growing in a tight tent and the leaves are starting to cross between them. I’m worried that the smaller plants won’t get enough light but I’ve never defoliated before and I am nervous to try. any advice? :)

When a breeder quotes an estimated range for yield what assumptions do the make: 1. Is the quoted yield based on wet or dry weight 2. Is the range based on standard growth or do the high end numbers typically assume advanced training techniques, supplemental lighting etc.
