Did these yellow spots appear on the plant, only on this one, could it be because of dry soil? Or lack of NPK?

Once she sheds her shell you don't want the humidity dome( or to even use one at all). Your in a large pot so watch out how much you water. a lot will be stored and it will seem dry all be in the soil. Feel the weight to judge when to water. The yellowing could be minor damage from shedding the shell, to much water and a sign of root issues( 500ml is a lot of water for that little one), to much fertilizer( even at 50% that can be a lot for a small plant. I don't feed until I see the beginning of the third "True" leaves or if I do its only 25% concentration) Look at the first 2 weeks of this grow to see how little water is needed. ****Ignore fertilizer as it has some in the soil mix to start with. growdiaries.com/diaries/135963-grow-journal-by-chow-13/week/729516

High TheNextGanjaMan, Nothing to worry about!!! 😋 But your soil is a bit wet for such a small plant. From the first week just give 100ml water 10 cm away from the plant. And only give new water when the top layer of the soil is completely dry again. The 2nd and 3rth week make this amount 200ml. And from 1 month you can give 10% of pot volume and let the top layer of the soil dry out completely between watering to make sure that you do not overwater. Happy Growing! 😋

I wouldn't worry at all about any discoloration on the cotyldon... it's going to turn yellow and fall off evenutally anyway... and it's only purpose is to provide the nutrients the plant needs to germinate and get going... once the initial leaves begin to develop, which yours have, it's importance starts to diminish rapidly... No worries here at all!
