I ONLY grow auto's, start lst as soon as the inner branches get to about 6cm/9cm and you will be fine, train them out horizontally and adjust the wire every 2/3 days to make em come out even further as they start growing upwards at the place where the wire will be. Keep doing the main stem lst aswell and if u wanna get funky and u got some lateral space, as soon as she gets the shape to one side, start twisting the stem slowly over the course of a week or two, you wanna make sure u don't break it, if you train into one side first, lets say left side of the pot, then you train her into the front side, then into the right side, over this period you will start to notice a sort of spiral effect in the veins of the main stem, this i belive increases bud size as plants have shown me and does not decrease overall size. Hey, the only issue that can sometimes come up and especially with autos, if you LST too early you can stress them out too much and they will stop growing completely. So be very careful doing it that soon. Happy growing
