HST or LST for short plants?

Should a plant with very small internodal distance get topped or is LST + scrog probably enough to open her up?

Lst and defoliation or scrog are the Gold standard. Less stress and same results in less time.

Did I do this right?I did some LST and I have no idea if I did it right or not. Lol the last picture is a before. I had just tied the top down that time. This time I moved the fan leaves so the lower bits can get more light and I'm not sure if that was the correct thing to do. White widow auto.Techniques. LST
