HST or LST for short plants?

Should a plant with very small internodal distance get topped or is LST + scrog probably enough to open her up?

Lst and defoliation or scrog are the Gold standard. Less stress and same results in less time.

What should I do with my plants that have grown thicc to receive more light? - First GrowMy plants (1 auto, 1 photo) have grown a lot and are now pretty thicc. Will this tape repair a broken stem?Should I re-wrap this broken stem? Bent with too much pressure and there was a snap, though not completely severed.
