Lst pour 3 jours avec du temps agreable😉 après 3 jours de mauvais temps pluie et vent moins cool

Yeah! That's fine! The plan was that they wouldn't stretch so much! Yours have stretched, so now guide the top around the pot and secure it, wait for the branches to grow out and direct them to opposite sides of the pot, and secure them there. Try to keep the top of the plant directed horizontally around the pot. It's clear that it will straighten out every day, but wait for the growth, then don't water it and bend it around the pot again! This technique will pay off! 😇👌

Only issue I see is the stress your putting on the root system by not bracing the plant lower than your bend point. Just anchor the stem opposite your bend direction to not put stress on the roots.. 👊

So i got the hang of doing lst. I started off really early with all on the lst. The plant is fairly close to the ground. Can I undo the lst and let them grow a bit tall and then re do the lst later? Or leave it as it is and let them grow as is?

Advice on defoliation/LST - getting too chaotic hereIs it fine to cut off some of the big fan leaves this early or should i just tie them down to expose the tops to more light? If defoliation is fine already please let me know which leaves can be cut off, and if not i also kindly take advices on tying them down. Thanks!
