Hello dear growdiaries community, i read and seen in diaries that people Top their plants and do LST, my plant is now almost 4 weeks old and is developing its fourth pair of leaves her stem i thickening, should i Top her at the fifth pair of leaves or when and should o at all ?

I personally like to save topping for photoperiod plants. When it comes to autos I like to use LST to increase top production 🌱

I do not top auto's. Instead when they get their 4th or 5th node I start low stress training. With photo plants I will often top after the 5th node.

I’d personally top at the 4th node seeing at it is an auto and grows so rapidly .

Hi there. With this being an auto if you want to top then now is the time. Take off the top after the 5th set of nodes.

Training techniques. DWC indicaIn a mostly indica strain, for a 2x4 tent and a 240W LED. Does it pay off to top 2x? Lst questionI bent my plant over with ties but now it’s just a Bush am I supposed to pull the side shoots and tie those down as well they don’t really move very far they are sorta short, am I waiting for it to grow a bit then try to tie more or will just the tie sideways be enough

Height autoflowersMy white widow auto is now 68 cm - 27 inch. I try to maintain light at 30cm-12 inch but she grows at 20cm-8 inches. what if she grows more and it poses a ploblem with light LED penetration ? Should I do sthing (topping, LST) or it's too late ? And I continue to turn up the light?
