How to measure lumens of a full spectrum LED light.Since a lux meter only measures certain spectrums of light, how do I use a lux meter to determine the right height of my full spectrum grow light? I have it at the recommended distance but I have signs of light stress. Bleaching of some upper leaves. I moved it up 4 more inches?Week 4

Back To 24 Hour Light - Auto FlowersMy autos switched from 24 hour light to 16 about 2 weeks ago to see if it would help make them bloom faster. Grow light height in floweringI have a lumatex ATS 200w led, I've it raised to max height but I've still only 10 inches of clearance from the canopy. It's flowering now and upward growth has stopped as buds are starting to fill out, will I be ok with this short distance?Week 8

Are there any recommendations for a light schedule for autoflowering?I leave them at 24 hours. I start with the seedlings at 18000 Lux and increase it till the 4th week. After the 4th week I have all my lights at full power and the top buds have around 55.000 to 90.000 Lux.Week 1
