first few weeks you run it at 30% then run it on half way in veg then in flower full blast

Can rotating my 12 hour cycle back a few hours over the course of 3 nights harm my plant mid flower?If i were to manually flip my lights on and off an hour early for 3 nights to adjust my 12/12 from 9am-9pm to 6am-6pm would it be detrimental to the plants? How big of an issue is light? HELPHow do you know whether to raise or lower your lights? My LED is pulling about 250watts from the wall... Box said keep light 30" away during veg... But I'm not so sure about that. Thoughts? How will I know if it needs more/less light?Setup. Lighting

Too close to the “sun”(light).... any advice?My plant grew close to 4x it’s original size during her stretch, 10-12” on day one of 12/12 to 46” tall. She’s on day 30 of flower and I set up a second ScrOG net. Other than blocking light to shorter plants, do you see any other potential problems this second net might cause?

I was reading some stuff about LED, about the light color.
So i have veg and bloom switches, should i keep both on when growing autoflower? Or keep veg until start of bloom and then work only with bloom light ou even both lights on bloom?

When to flip LED's 'bloom' switch on?When's the best time to flip the 'bloom' switch on my LED with an auto?
Should it be at the first sign of pistils or is there a better time to do so?
I have already flipped the switch for this plant and kept photo-period the same, looking for info for next grow.
