first few weeks you run it at 30% then run it on half way in veg then in flower full blast

Removing plant from tent during light cycle in flower.Just switched to 12/12 in my first ever grow. I know that any light penetrating during the 12 hours of dark screws with growth cycle, but if removing my plants from tent during light for defoliating and watering bad as well? Changing lights for auto flowerAt the beginning the light schedule was 18/6 after 2 weeks I changed it to 24hrs because the light was too weak (10w) I now got different stronger lights (600w)(finally arrived) With the stronger lights can I change it back to 18/6 ? It's autoflower.🤔🤔Week 3

Is that just a light burn or could it be something else?One bud in the middle of my plant is much lighter than all the others, which all look healthy and green. I think it was due to the too small distance of my light, which was only 20cm (8") between canopy and light. I have now moved the light to 35cm (14").
What are your opinions?

Lamp for houseplants?My neighbours fiancé yesterday evening dropped by and gave me the lamp on the photograph, I have no users manual, but I understood it is for houseplants. I wonder if it is of any use and how I can use it. Whenever the sun shines I will put the plant in the sun of course
