Hi there,You should only defoliate if there is a good reason.Like do some defoliation to lower down tent humidity,to make a good air flow if too bushy.Defoliate some leaves If they are damaged or shaded below the canopy.May be some lollipopping if there are too many pop corn buds underneath.Other than those, I wouldn’t do. Recommend to defoliate at the start of flowering circle and again at 3rd week of flower or at the end of stretching period.At that time, you will know which one to remove and which one to leave.Happy growing... ✌️

I would defoliate only leafs touching soil and wait for flowering to cut more. During veg leaf are very important!

Hey they are looking good. I would for sure remove some of the lower fan leaves and clean them up. I grow lots of autos and I always clean my up from the bottom up.

So this is my first grow. I mixed my growing media 2 parts peat moss to 1 part fox farm ocean forest in five gallon pots. I am wanting to grow organic and have an all purpose 4-4-4 fertilizer and my other fertilizer is 2-5-3.
