Accidentally topped my Pineapple Express auto during its early flowering stage came clean off anything I should do to help recovery or just carry on as normal and hope for the best?

plucking leaves at day 43 flower, opinions?do u guys think I should defoliate slightly? Too much foliage? Not too sure.Should I thin this out? The canopy is about 8" deep, so 4 layers of foliage. It looks like it's still a bit much. Should I wait for the stretch to finish up and then defoliate properly? Am I being overly analytical Just need to double check with the professionals. Thanks!
