I think they can handle full power from the led at this point. It is 100W led. Just keep watching your girls how they react to more lights and you might need to lift the led for first couple days. When you hit the flowering you can bring the leds even closer or let the plants grow littlebit closer to the lamp

always on 100% for maximum yield. cannabis tolerates very high amounts of light and the light determinates the yield.

Got a Mars Hydro TS600, will it do alright?My plan is to grow only 1 plant, in a 40x40x120 tent. I know the tent is pretty small but hopefully i can do some training on the plant to grow wide

1000 watt spder light.... first lightSo I'm getting a light in a couple days.. first real light I've ever had besides the little 15 dollar led bulbs. Which work great btw for young plants.
