I used the LST technique three days ago. Do you think that I did this job correctly and what is the next move to continue training? The plants are now at the beginning of week 4. Do you think they are growing enough or are they behind? thanks

Training never ends :P always have a goal, though. I'd prune off any branch that is growing down and looping around. In future you can bend between axillary growth and both sides will be able to grow vertically mor easily. This isn't necessary as you typically will remove more than a one limb for the sake of space -- you'll have plenty if you lop off the lower half either way. Anything below the bend should consider for pruning too. Even if you tie these up and give them apical dominance, their colas typically suffer. Focus on growth above the bend. The more even you keep it after that point, the more even the growth. Same with height of any 1 branch. If one dominates, bend or tie it down temporarily. Allow others to catch up and release it after that point. HAve a plan -- what's that mean? Well work backward from the space you fill. You can safely fit 1 colas per 4-6" by 4-6" square. Larger colas need the 6"x6" area. Try to systematically create that many vertical shoots as to fill your space. Do you need 8 per plant? 10? Now, larger plants may not all be 1 limb off the main trunk. So, try to spread out how often each forks into more vertical shoots to fill the space. You don't want 1 limb supporting 4 colas and some limes with 1 or 2 colas. The ones spreading resources to fewer colas will get much larger -- in addition to the factors i mentioned above (apical dominance -tallest takes most resources). Think it is all looking great. Keep moving that last tie-down further out as it grows -- time the release of the terminal bud when you want it to catch up to the rest -- it'll sprint as the apical meristem (main trunk) is similar to being taller, it will take more resources than other areas of plant. Somtimes i will also top this when i release it, just to be sure it doens't overgrow the rest. Again, all of that is a plan you work backward from based on the area you fill and how many plants. In general the same sized area will yield a similar amount no matter how many plants you grow in there. Some options are still more optimal than others.
