Brown ends of some lower leaves. Light green top leaves

These plants were transplanted from clones that were stuck in cups for an extended period of time. They've been in ghe big pot for about 12 days now. Seem to be growing okay now but still having some problems with lower leaves having brown spots and tips dead looking

Keying in on the fact that these were just root bound (ish), I would give them a few more days to adjust to the transplant and re-evaluate from there. When my plants get root bound the leaves appear the same way and progressively get worse with time.
It’s perfectly fine to selectively defoliate those leaves in the meantime.
I think you’re fine either way, the plant will recover because cannabis is resilient.
