What are these white marks on my leaves?

On my last photo it shows these unusual white marks all over the leaf. This is on the GSC #2 plant. It has been like this on other leaves since a while ago. It looks like white material ON the leaf, but its actually the leaf itself. What's going on here?

I’m no expert, only my 2nd grow but I’m guessing a ph problem. Perhaps bring ph down abit. Water temp and air temp might contribute too. Hope this helps...
