Small White Bugs In Soil

I noticed little whit bugs in my soil! They are very small almost hard to see and they are white. I spotted them when i was using my phone s flashlight and somehow they shine. What are they and what should i do?

Partial Harvesting and flushing the medium.Can I do partial harvesting of the flowers that are ready and leave the other to ripe on the plants for longer? If yes, how should I proceed with flushing the substrate with plain water? I need to get rid of the salts before harvesting, even if harvesting partially. Please help.4y ago

Just being cautious. I had a friend visit today. Long story short, before visiting me she went to a nursery notorious for spider mites. I did not know thisHow much should I be worried? She did not touch any plants directly. I cannot be certain that she had any mites on her. I am just being cautious. What is the best course of action? creepy crawliesI got creepy crawlies. Clipped the entire leaf, mixed abt 3 drops of neem oil in 100-150ml tap water and sprayed the f*ck out of it. Then I checked the rest of my plants, found nothing but decided to spray them anyway. When should I re-apply? Any adverse effects of neem oil?5y ago

Spider mites?My partner just cut some clones off of a pre-flowering plant & put them in a root rain spray cloned. Been 2 days since he cut the clones. No roots yet but he’s wondering if he has spider mites & if so what he should do. Do you all notice anything wrong?Leaves. White powder

I'm having issue with slow growth, do take note that i had lighting problem in week 1 causing sprout to grow too high. It has been a few days since changing the light setup and i am able to see growth, however it is very slow. The leaves are growing too slow. What is happening?Week 1
