Small White Bugs In Soil

I noticed little whit bugs in my soil! They are very small almost hard to see and they are white. I spotted them when i was using my phone s flashlight and somehow they shine. What are they and what should i do?

Growth is twisted. Is it because of Fungus gnats ?I have fungus gnats (black flies) for less than a week. Temp 29°c, water Ph was at 7 (now 6.5). 4/5 of my plants have been flowering for 2 weeks on a 20/4 cycle, while 1 remains in the vegetative state. Should I try and induce flowering by switching to a 12/12 cycle? If so will it effect my other plants?

hey my plant week 5 for flower. yesterday i found 2 little spider in the tent. so i check the leafs and seems no eggs or somethink like and that spiders are not red. i dont want to use sprey bcs chance of the buds may hurt. any advice should i use? and sprey vinegar water mixAuto Blue Dream / First grow!

Tiny worms in the growth mediumI grow in an indoor growing with a coconut substrate. I have recently noticed small and tiny dots. At first I did not refer and they looked to me like pieces of perlite. But recently I noticed that they move and float when I water. There is nothing in the plant or flowers.

Thrip control?So I have a small case of thrips. At first I was thinking the white bite marks in the leaves was some sort of deficiency until I saw one of the little buggers! Luckily it doesn't look bad so I'm just going to Finnish the run. Are there any mid flower treatments? Thanks
