Small White Bugs In Soil

I noticed little whit bugs in my soil! They are very small almost hard to see and they are white. I spotted them when i was using my phone s flashlight and somehow they shine. What are they and what should i do?

Fungal gnats( black flies)I have sprayed plants with neem oil, done a neem oil soil flush and also put sticky yellow fly traps in tent. Still catching lots of fungus gnats. Cannot seem to get rid of them. Anything else to try or will they eventually catch them all? Any help would be greatly appreciatedWeek 1

Pest infectionHelp: for a couple of weeks thrips have been infesting my garden, from the more mature plants they have moved to the younger ones. Minor damage to a few leaves found today - what is it?I am trying to determine the cause of damage to a few leaves that was observed this week. It may be two different problems. On a few leaves, I see brown spots which may have originally been white. On another 2 leaves, I see a burn hole through the leaves with brown edges.5 years ago

I think its small but its a dwarf so maby, its about 20 cm
Sprouted the 26th november.
Growed quick? Im not shure, but it seems to enjoy the envirement. Added some nutriz to it
