you done the right thing by putting the sticky traps there try get some more if you can check them once a day if you see one or more piling on everyday you have quite a large infestation if you only catch a few then it means its not thatbad spring tails are attracted by constantly wet and moist aslong as the medium is kept wet it will still happen what you need to do is wait for her to dry out before watering and that will most likeley kill these off.
