1st attempt at clones. Phd to 5.8. Cut at 45 and slightly skinned the bottom 1/4”. Sitting on heating pad with timer 15 min on/off and 4 T5s on and humidity vents closed Most fell over, I believe because it was too moist and warm Will they make it?

Hello remove your heating pad it brings to much heat and it is for that your clones dies. Try without it ans you will see the difference. Good luck. Bye

Hello. With clones you must keep the temp between 21c and 26c any hotter and you hamper root development. You need 95% humidity for the first week and 85% the 2nd week with a small hole for some air movement. You need to leave the light on for the first week. Plants store energy for the dark period in their roots and clippings don't have roots. Use filtered water or distilled. Rooting gel is a must. Please look up cinnamon for plants. I put some on the soil of new clippings. and don't have the light too close. you need to spray them 2ice a day with water but add a small bit of food the 3rd day. Some where in my diary LSD I give a good description of making clones. Chuck.
