Stick with metal or plastic hard surfaces for bud shots. You go to light that after it hits synthetic fibers and it ruins the taste of the bud, makes crackling sounds, and is not stuff ya want to inhale.

Toss it. Contaminated flower is potentially deadly to consume. No joke.

Ye looks like mold mate from the top pic if all your buds are like this you need to keep them away from the healthy looking ones, it can spread.
