Trichomes on Lsd-25 (FastBuds) turn amber or purple after cloudy?

I think that depends on the buds it’s growing on.. but honestly even the purple buds I’ve grown have gone from cloudy to amber.. no influence on the bud color it’s situated upon. I will say the darker(purple) buds are harder to get a good idea of what’s clear and what’s cloudy as far as trichomes are concerned. I would just look for progression from clear to cloudy to something darker in the trichomes
