Has this plant hermed? Only done about 5 grows so not sure what my options are. Other girls in my tent. Should I bin it immediately?

You circled a female part because it has 2 hairs. The male parts look like pawn broker balls if you have seen those on a pawn shop sign before and they don’t have the 2 hairs. (If you spot them before they blow that is)

How long is left and other advice :)This is only my second grow and I am still learning a lot. I am growing this auto White widow on my windowsill and I was wondering how long do you think is left and if there is anything I should do. :). Ready or not?It looks like trichomes are already milky but most of hairs are still white. I still didn't flush her and i wanted to start in 2 days and flush her for 10 days. Should i do what i planned? That's my first grow, no experience, any help? 😁

Purple leaves and some tip burn, 6th week of flower Can anyone tell me how I achieved this purple hue on #1? They're both the same seed from the same bag of weed. #2 has it's fall color while #1s leaves are pure purple, almost a blackberry color. I just wanna know so I can utilize this in an actual purple strain.
