Your plants will grow its fastest if you leave every healthy green leaf in place. Each healthy green leaf you remove will reduce your plants ability to photosynthesise, reducing in less energy production and slower growth. Autos need as much energy as possible to be able to grow its largest. Less leaves - less energy produced = slower growth. Plants can not "channel" energy to where man thinks it should go. All energy is used throughout the entire plant, with no energy highways or a brain deciding where energy should go. Shaded "bud sites" are relying on the shade leaves to produce the energy for that "bud site" to grow. Anyway, in 2-5 days, the "bud site" that is shaded will grow from under the shade leaf, using the energy made by that shade leaf, making the removal of the shade leaf pointless. Just remember ; fewer healthy green leaves = less photosynthesis = less energy produced = slower and possibly smaller growth. Cannabis has evolved to grow her biggest and best flowers and this does not involve getting rid of healthy green leaves. Less leaves = less energy produced = slower growth. Hope this helps,.... Doesn't look like they need much defoliation , just a few leaves . That big fan leaf (1st pic) in the middle/top blocking bud sites for example.

Can see your doing some lst, that's good and even just tucking the fan leafs under the up-coming branches is helpful. If the just been exposed to full light may just need 1-2days to adjust and bulk out the recently exposed bud site stems. But keep the big fan leafs until your 2-3weeks into actually flowering will be giving your plants lots of go juice and if you have any nuit issues will act a sacrificial buffer.

I generally trim anything over a bud site that I want to flower, or cut that point so plant focuses its energy to your wanted sites of growth. Plus some bending is involved when I do it. Happy growing and good luck

I wouldnt do anything for now, maybe set the light higher to see if they straighten out the top leaves or if it is a boron excess. Cuz it might just be from the light being too close and sending too much heat to the canopy. Not too much higher, just ½ or 1 inch. Good luck and stay lit growmie.
