Defoliation in flower

Should I do any more defoliation at this point? The videos on my diary show the depth and amount of leaves better.

Less is generally more with this technique. If you don't rob a local area of solar panels and can more evenly distribute light by removing a leaf, go for it. if you always have a reason/system for doing it, you can be confident you don't do too much. That being said, stuff on outer rim of plant looks fine. if anything, the inner portion... alternate what you take off at top or 2nd level to spread it out evenly, bend what you can elsewhere... maintain full coverage.. don't lose light to the floor.

Every healthy green leaf you remove will reduce your plants capacity to produce energy which will lead to slower growth and potentially smaller growth. Just remember, maximum amount of healthy green leaves = maximum energy production = maximum growth. Hope this helps,..... Organoman.
