Otherwise healthy leaf curling in on itself at top of plant

Anything to be concerned about? This is a plant that has had a history of yellowing leaves due to I think nutrient deficiency. New leaves are coming in light/dark green. Maybe caused by being too close to the lights? (It is my shortest plant with about 1 ft distance)

This margin curl appears to have spread from one plant to 2 of the other 3. So I assumed not pH, not lockout, not nutrient based. Roots all great. I've culled the 3 and there is 1 survivor doing well but what was this? In the diary I mention using Temprid FX, Neem, Spinosad.

Deficiency, excess or soil problems?Hi, I need help, I have 4 plants of the same strain and several of the leaves are turning yellow and drying out. Some with a burnt appearance and curled upwards. Slight lightburn?First pair leaves on left plant turn slightly lighter, first sign of yellowing a bit. Also I think they are a bit in a V/praying shape.
2 full weeks old under 75% of 200W leds about +-45cm. Should I dim them a bit more/hang higher?
