When I have to harvest the latest?

In one week, I have to go on a trip for 5 days.
Should I chop plant now or just before the trip?
If I chop it down now, can I keep it in the air drying room for two weeks?
I read that when curing in jars, it needs to be burbed every day and I cant do that while I am away.

I would give her another week at least, so chop just before you leave, or even possibly wait till you're back to chop.
Drying in good conditions usually takes 10 to 14 days, so it'll be fine to dry while you're away

The Hunt for Amber Trichomes- How long till Harvest?It’s D85 of advertised 75days and I’m struggling with the wait.
Most of white pistils are result of foxtails. (Which I am ok with)
Feels like it’s gone on ages but I can’t see any amber trichomes, and it’s not clear if they’re milky yet!

Space in jar effect cure?Will the amount of space in my jar effect humidity, and thus cure? I trimmed by recently dried flower and placed the trimmed buds into flip lid jars. One jar would not fit all the flower and leave 25% space, so split it up into 2 jars, but now both are only 1/2 full and 50%rh.Other. Harvest - Curing

62%rH in jars, stop burping? One week into cure... Can I seal and forget for a while?Once your buds reach 62% rH in the jar, can you stop burping? All my jars are reading within the cure zone, 3 for a week now. I have been rolling the jars and opening them a few times daily. What is it? Mold, fungus, bugs? What can i do? HelpThey were drying for 2 week with 30-50% humidity and 19-25C°. And been curing in the jars for 4 days (counting today).
