Personally I would remove the bags all together and not stress over humidity levels. Too much humidity (70%) will just cause fungal problems, the bags can also cook your babies inside and seedlings/cannabis does not require tropical rainforest conditions to survive. Only clones/cuttings need higher humidity levels as the do not have any roots for the first 7-10 days after being cut from the "mother" plant. Your babies need free atmospheric exchange to occur and some air movement to strengthen their stems; two things that can not occur when your babies are inside their "sweat lodges". Where I live and grow, outdoors, I have had seedlings that are less than a week old, live, grow and thrive in temps up to 95 F with almost zero humidity and without any problems at all. I find the more the seedlings are "wrapped in cotton wool" the more problems they are prone to get. Seedlings almost need "tough love" to get them strengthened for life in the real world. In my opinion, I would remove the humidifier and save electricity, as too much humidity will just cause mould and fungal problems, especially during flowering. Also, after looking at your diary, I would suggest that using a water sprayer/atomiser is next to useless as a tool for watering your seedlings, considering how deep the roots go, even at an early age. Take a look at my diary "Holy Mackerel" to see a young seedlings' root system without any soil around it. You need to get the entire volume of substrate moist when watering, otherwise the roots will not grow as fast, due to dry pockets of soil preventing root expansion, which can also potentially cause stunted growth.
