Hard to say from these pictures but from a look at your diary it seems like they have about two weeks maybe one as rough guess. Your best bet is to check the trichomes with a loupe or a magnifying glass, harvest is usually done when about 15-20% of the trichomes turn amber in color. Hope this helps! Beautiful plant you got! Pics are hard to see. I would check trichomes and harvest when all trichomes are milky white. Or harvest when most of the hairs has curled into bud and change color.

Specks don't appear to be bugs .. I can say that the leaves do feel rather dry to the touch also. not ruling out bugs , definitely possible. either the nute water splashed on it causing a burn or there are bugs I'm guessing the 2 most likely reasons for the brown and small holes.
